Italia
Cruised down the French Riviera taking in the dramatic views and the even more dramatic yachts moored in Cannes and Monte Carlo. Even managed to catch a few rays on the beach.
From Monaco we caught a train to Pisa, and we hit our hat trick of countries for the day: France Monaco and Italy. In Pisa we, Emilia in particular, marvelled at the architectural oddity that is the leaning Tower. We were also subjected to a rather startling example of Italian customer service, which resulted in a very tardy departure from the city.
We are now in Cinque Terre, south of Genoa. It is truly beautiful here, and is a sure sign of even better to come.

Sorry no pics.......
......dodgy public computer with a lack of decency or spirit of cooperation and a thirst for Euros!
On s'amuse tellement bien!
Apologies for the long silence. Internet cafes have been few and far between!
We arrived in Marseilles this afternoon and have been sampling the delights of the Old Port this evening. A thriving scene after our days in the wilderness.
Our stay in England was rounded off by a busy visit to London, during which we saw the sights, caught up with friends old and new and were treated to Joseph's - Suzanne's cousin - overwhelming hospitality. Eurostar to Paris and the next chapter of our adventure.
Picked up a car after enjoying as much of the City of Lights as possible, including an impromptu visit to Eurodisney; and have meandered our way down to the south coast via the Loire Valley, the Dordogne and Provence.

- Sung London Bridge is Falling Down on Tower Bridge - close enough!
- Seen the Mona Lisa
- Been to the top of the Eiffel Tower
- Met Aurora, and a whole host of Disney characters
- Visited a plethora of Chateaux
- Sung "Sur le pont d'Avignon" sur le pont d'Avignon
More things Abigail has done:
- All of the above
- Eaten pear for the first time
- Said her first word - clap
Working our way along the south coast for the next few days, before making our way into Italy.

Brizzul
Being treated like part of the family by the Hull Clan, which has made the jet-lag of the Little Ladies infinitely more bearable.
Things Emilia has been doing:
Going to Explore@Bristol - a hands on Science centre.
Going to the Circus!
Going to the Zoo!
Going shopping for a coat - unsuccessfully!
Doing countless jigsaws with Joseph!
Things Abigail has been doing:
Clapping!
Waving!
Eating solids!
Being generally extraordinary!
Few more days here in the South-west, before Londinium and eventually the Continent!
